Description:
There is no log file for this.

When I add a new table via workbench, the new table window does not display the field to enter the name of the new table nor the 'apply' or 'reset' buttons. Even though they cannot be seen they are clickable. In addition the tabs at the top showing all of the open sql windows are also hidden.

How to repeat:
Choose to create a new table.
