Description:
In the binlog see exec_time time has exceeded 100 seconds or even some reached more than 800 seconds. Indicates that the execution of the transaction has hung. Check the CPU 、 memory and IO seem to be normal, maintaining a low value

However, let us inform you that this is a forum for reports with fully repeatable test cases. Those test cases should consist of the set of SQL statements and (if necessary) used settings.

Then and only then can we process the bug report. 

You have not provided us with anything similar to the test case.

Also, let us inform you that the release you are using is ancient. Hence, try to send us a repeatable test case that shows a bug in 8.0.36.
