Description:
When configuring a table the Apply/Revert button are not present. SQL Editor tabs are also hidden

How to repeat:
1) hover over a table and click the configure icon
2) modify the table
3) notice there is no way to save the changes. Apply button is not present.

Yes I agree this seems to be a duplicate. I did a search before submitting but didn't find it. Thanks for following up.
