Description:
When trying to setup a new ADO.NET connector in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) there is a message "Failed to find or load the registered .Net Framework Data Provider with MySql"

How to repeat:
Attempt to setup a connector in SSIS using the MySQL Connector

Suggested fix:
This may be due to a .Net Windows update. The 8.0.33 driver worked fine however now when I downgrade I can't get it to work either.

I am wondering if registry entries are needed? I see nothing for MySQL in where I would expect to find them.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.5.23026

Is there any info on when this issue might be fixed? I just tried version 8.2 and it doesn't work as well. Thanks!
