Description:
I have installed version 8.1 alongside version 8.0, but running on port 3307. When I run the configuration tool I get as far as the Windows Serice page, select "Configure MySQL Server as a Windows service", set "Start the Mysql server at System Startup", but for the "Run Windows Serice as ..." option it does not matter what I select, either "Standard System Account" or "Custom User" the "Next" button does not change from being greyed out, so I am unable to continue.

How to repeat:
Run the configurator again and again - same result.

Thank you for the bug report.
I tried to reproduce your issue on windows 10 and tried to install MySQL Server 8.1 using Installer but I am not seeing any issues at my end. 
Could you please share screenshot of the issue?
