Description:
Created a new project and defined statuses for that project. The statuses show when updating an issue. However, when closing an issue, there are no statuses of any type when trying to close that issue.

How to repeat:

This is not a bug. If you want to display statuses on the "Close Issue" page, then create closed-context statuses. That is, when creating statuses for this project, check the "Closed Context?" checkbox.
