Description:
after upgrading to8.0.33 version when i tried to launch workbench a dialog appears "Error while loading image" after closing  and start server connection with my local instance it is unable to launch and opens up error dialog with report bug.

How to repeat:
did the same procedure.

after removing workbench and reinstalling it fixed my problem.
