Description:
Trying to alter schema, the dropdowns for charset/collaboration are too small to see what I'm selecting (utf8mb4_0900_as_ci).  Seems like a simple UI change.

How to repeat:
Right click schema, click Alter Schema, the dropdowns.  I'm sure it's the same with creating a new schema.

Suggested fix:
Make charset/collation two lines and widen the dropdowns.
