Flickering in documentations for mysql upgrade checker

How to repeat:
Go to mysql upgrade documentation and just scroll down hover the mouse top and bottom of the screen.

We went to the page that you have sent us to and we experienced no flickering, what so ever ......

We are, however, ready to try it again. Send us the exact link to the chapter and instruct us on how to move the mouse (or keyboard keys) in order to experience the "flickering".
