Description:
MySQL Enterprise Monitor does not allow creation of roles with group-specific permissions.

How to repeat:
Description and steps to reproduce:
1. Login as manager
2. Create group
Click on Configuration and select Groups. Click on Create. Set name test-group. Click on
Assets and select and add instance test-instance.
3. Create role
Click on Configuration and select Roles. Click on Create. Set name test-role.
Click on permissions. Select Group-Specific Permissions. From dropdown select previously created group test-group. Set desired permissions. Click on Save.
Expected result: Role successfully created.
Actual result: An Error Occurred. You must select a Group is Group-specific permissions is selected for Role test-role. If no Groups exist, you must create them. (U72E1)

Suggested fix:
Fix dropdown for selecting groups.
