Description:
MySQL 8.0.30 release introduced a new CMake option WITH_DEVELOPER_ENTITLEMENTS. It is described in https://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/8.0/en/news-8-0-30.html: "On macOS 11, MySQL Server did not have the correct entitlement to generate a core dump in the event of an unexpected server halt. A build option WITH_DEVELOPER_ENTITLEMENTS has been added to allow a build to generate core dumps. (Bug #34163987)"

But, the main CMake option reference page https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/source-configuration-options.html is missing it.

How to repeat:
See above

Suggested fix:
Add it to https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/source-configuration-options.html
