Description:
8.0.32 update available. Run update and about half the products are updated. The other half fail (Server, Connector/C++, Connector/NET, Documentation, Samples and Examples). 

How to repeat:
Run installer to upgrade community edition on windows 10.

After a about 1 hr wait and system reboot, all reported failed product upgrades completed.
