Description:
Workbench miss a menu option/button to save open "Query Tabs".

This is even worse as when crash, it cannot restore the open tab of previous session

How to repeat:
open some "Query Tabs"
wait for a crash
open Workbench
it throw an error like the attached one
and do not restore "Query Tabs"

Suggested fix:
let user save and re-open current state of query tabs with a dedicated entry in File menu.

the error on restart, where the path is say "no such file" while it exist

Thank you for the bug report.
I tried to reproduce your issue on windows 10 with workbench 8.0.31 but I am not seeing any issues at my end.

obviously can depend on the kind of crash that happen.
How do you caused the crash to Workbench?
