Description:
When creating a new schema, the drop down select is too narrow and you can't tell which exact collation you are using or selecting

How to repeat:
Just create a new schema in Windows, select utf8mb4 as the Charset and then try and select a collation.  You can select lets say the top 3, but have no clue if the selection is utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci or utf8mb4_0900_ai etc. as the narrow width of the drop down limits only the first 13 characters that can be seen.

Suggested fix:
Make the Collation drop down wider or at least auto width
