Hi, 

Yesterday I changed the value of the option "max_questions" to 20 using the Workbench. Since then, I haven't been able to log in to the Workbench even though more than an hour has passed between attempts.

I receive a pop-up window with the following message:
"Your connection attempt has failed for user 'root' to the MySQL server at localhost:3306:
User 'root' has exceeded the "max_questions" resource (current value:20)

How to repeat:
Changing the "max_questions" default value (0) and trying to log in after an hour (or more).
