Description:
Main ScrollBar not showing on when switching to Form Editor view after the result grid

How to repeat:
Under Schemas, go to any table with several columns and go to Select Rows.
Select any row and click on "Form Editor" at the right.
The main scrollbar is missing and I can't see all the columns.
If I do a window resize, the main scrollbar appears for a few seconds and then I can scroll.
