Description:
Nothing relevant in log file.

When performing a query that returns a single row, it is often easier to read in the form edit mode. However, on my machine when entering this mode the mouse wheel does not have any effect on the forms scroll position. Additionally no vertical scrollbar appears, making the feature pointless. I'm certain this used to work fine in the past, and the mouse wheel works perfectly in every other application, including Workbench but just not in form edit mode.

How to repeat:
Query for a single row.
Click form edit mode.

I figured out the issue, and it's a non-issue. My mouse was always over a large text area, and so the app was trying to scroll through that, and that was empty so it looked like nothing was happening.
