Description:
Index is out of range, must be nonnegative and les than the size of the collection.

How to repeat:
Download the mysql sample employee database
Run employees.sql, then because of another bug (I raised seperately) with the script using the deprecated 'source' your need to run the dump files one by one.
When you get to load_salaries2.dump this is the one that causes the bug.

To investigate further this issue at our end, may I kindly request you to launch workbench under debug mode (--log-level=debug3) and provide unaltered workbench log file(more details about log are explained here - https://dev.mysql.com/doc/workbench/en/workbench-reporting-bugs.html), along with exact steps?
