Description:
If parallel repair is enabled and bulk insert buffer is set high, e.g. 64M, then this crashing bug will occur.

After loading is finished and repair is started, first a warning is issued:

[Warning] Warning: Enabling keys got errno 121, retrying

And after first block has to be written to disk a crash occurs.

How to repeat:
The entire test case is where it is supposed to be.

It is also a bit tricky to repeat it, as configuration and compilation have to be perfectly matched.
