Description:
NdbSpin_Init calculates wrong number of loops in NdbSpin

How to repeat:
Need tool to look at things at a nanosecond level such
kutrace.

Documented fix as follows in the NDB 8.0.33 changelog:

    NdbSpin_Init() calculated the wrong number of loops in NdbSpin,
    and contained logic errors.
