Not sure if it is a common bug, I couldn´t find any explanation that fits my problem.
However, this problem doesn´t lose my saved work.
How to repeat:
Start a new EERR model. Create an entity, empty its name and then delete it (using either supr or context menu). MySQL Workbench will close after that.
