Description:
ndb_mgmd LogDestination option "maxfiles" is not obeyed and logs are not rotated properly.

How to repeat:
LogDestination= FILE:filename=ndb_1_cluster.log,maxsize=10000,maxfiles=10

Simply watch the logs. You end up with the current log and the most recently rotated log, rather than a series of rotated log files.
