Description:
"Start Export" button is missing from the "Data Export".
I believed basically the lower part are missing in some of the Administration tool, because I realized the "Start Import" button also went missing in the "Data Import/Restore".

How to repeat:
Just open the Workbench, go to "Data Export" and "Data Import/Restore" to discover. They are no scroller to scroll to the bottom , so the "Start Export" and "Start Import" columns totally disappeared from the GUI.

I have not try out the command if the Import or Export function is being affected, but I believed it is mainly the GUI that has the columns/buttons disappeared.

Suggested fix:
Just re-adding in the missing part?
