Description:
MySQL Workbench for macOS:
Please provide an arm64 (Apple Silicon) binary / DMG archive, or a Universal Binary arm64/x86_64 DMG archive, rather than still a x86_64-only binary, which doesn't run natively but needs Rosetta2 on Apple Silicon.
For the MySQL installer package you've already done that and provide such, MySQL Workbench still lacks it unfortunately.
