Description:
The MySQL installer doesn't show available products to install. This happens when a version of MySQL for Windows is available. I tried uninstalling Visual Studio altogether and still the issue didn't go away.

I tried changing type="snippet" in products.xml as suggested in the following workaround.
https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=102455#:~:text=Identified%20workarounds%3A%20%2D%20Worka....

Finally, I removed the <Product> tags referring to SQL for Visual studio in the products.xml and it worked.

How to repeat:
In machine where MySQL for Visual Studio is installed, uninstall all MySQL and download MySQL installer for Windows from the site.
The installer shows nothing, directly goes to upgradable products and tells there is nothing to upgrade.

Suggested fix:
I believe this is some condition which parses through the MySQL for Visual Studio products and goes to a different block. This should be avoided.
