Description:
When i upgraded from connector.NET 8.0.26 to 8.0.29 in my VS2017, the entity framework was not working anymore.

I cannot see the model anymore and i got an error that a DLL MySqlClient is not registered.

How to repeat:
upgrade from connector 8.0.26 to 8.0.29

Thank you for the bug report.
I tried to reproduce your issue on windows 10 and I was able to open the model after upgrading Connector / NET from 8.0.26 to 8.0.29.
If you can provide more information, feel free to add it to this bug and change the status back to 'Open'.
