Description:
When trying to run the program, it does not open at all, and gives this error
message:

AppName: mysqlmigrationtool.exe	 AppVer: 1.0.6.0	 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180	 Offset: 0001eb33

How to repeat:

I was unable to repeat the behavior reported with 1.0.5 and 1.0.6
on XP.

I had it working on my system and then it has given me the same problem.reinstalling evey piece of mysql as well a java has not worked
