Description:
When trying to import a CSV file with one column, getting error:
"Unhandled exception: Could not determine delimiter"

How to repeat:
1. Create a CSV file with this content:

id
1
2
3

2. Try to load it with the "Table Data Import Wizard" into a new table called "ids"
