Description:
MySQL Installer adds a scheduled task named "ManifestUpdate". However, this task always fails with exit code 2 (see below).

Solution: after enabling "Run with highest privileges" in the task's properties, the task succeeds, so the installer should enable this by default.

=================== Start Initialization ===================
MySQL Installer is running in Community mode

Initializing product requirements.
Loading product catalog.
Checking for product packages in the bundle.
Categorizing product catalog.
Finding all installed packages.

There was an error encountered while loading the configuration and product catalog: Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Installer for Windows\settings-Community.xml' is denied.
Initialization failed. Please check the logs for more information.

[process exited with code 2 (0x00000002)]

How to repeat:
Run the scheduled task named "ManifestUpdate".

Hello,

Thank you for the bug report.
I tried to reproduce your issue on windows 10 with Installer but I am not seeing any issues at my end.
