Installing mysql-workbench-community_8.0.28-1ubuntu21.10_amd64.deb on ubuntu 22.04 -- There are missing libs and the missing libs are older than equivalent libs in new release.

This new ubuntu 22.04 LTS is 1 day old.

"dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of mysql-workbench-community:
 mysql-workbench-community depends on libproj19 (>= 7.2.0); however:
  Package libproj19 is not installed.
 mysql-workbench-community depends on libpython3.9 (>= 3.9.1); however:
  Package libpython3.9 is not installed.
 mysql-workbench-community depends on libssl1.1 (>= 1.1.1); however:
  Package libssl1.1 is not installed.

Suggested fix:
update dependencies in program or provide package to install the dependencies
