Description:
Mysql server crashes after getting signal 11, and throws a warning "a long semaphore wait".

How to repeat:
1. Start several sessions to connect to mysql server.
2. In each session start execution of testfiles.
3. Restart the server each time after it crashes.

Expected Results: All the test files should be executed properly and if the Server crashes, it should be able to recover when started again.

Actual Results: The test files execute properly for sometime, and then after a few Server crashes, the Server is not able to start and keeps on getting signal 11. It also throws continuous warnings "a long semaphore wait" for the different threads that were executing on the server.

Could not upload all the attachment log files, since while uploading, the following error is obtained "You must select a file.", even though a file is properly selected.

Also tried uploading the remaining files on the following ftp site ftp://ftp.mysql.com/pub/mysql/upload/
but it gives an error saying "Permission Denied"

Hi,
stack traces are attached. We were able to reproduce the problem with 50 client threads as well. I could assume that we can reproduce the issue with much fewer threads as well.

Tested on Win 2000 Sp4, MySQL server 5.0.7 beta

I was not able to reproduce the bug on 5.0.8. Probably bug was fixed. Could you please repeat your testes with new version of mysqld ?
