Description:
Would it be possible to reverse the order in which comments are being displayed when looking 
at a bug report? Currently, the latest entry is always appended to the end of the list, therefore 
you always have to scroll all the way down. IMHO it would be much more intuitive to have the last 
one on top. 

How to repeat:
Just look at the the bug reports. 

Suggested fix:
Reverse the order in which bug comments are being displayed (newest first).

This will be left as-is in this bug system. Future systems may provide the user the option of 
controlling this themselves.
