Description:
Export attempt gives an error "Could not create the backup file. Please check path and permissions and try again.", with the message title as "Backup file creation error". I've tried saving the file in the most common accessible locations (Desktop/ Documents) where there shouldn't be an access issue, but to no avail.

How to repeat:
Every attempt with new location and filename results in the same error
