Description:
See how to repeat

Tested on VM in Oracle Cloud using a 12-core ARM64 VM.

How to repeat:
testMgmd -n UnresolvedHosts2
or
./mtr --suite=ndb test_mgmd

The problem seems to be related to that the host 10.0.0.172 connects in addition to 127.0.0.1.
So there seems to be some issue with the test case that depends on the network environment
it is executed in.

Suggested fix:
Don't know

I see similar problems on laptop environments where "hostname" can return a name that cannot be resolved. I will submit a patch for 8.4.
