How to repeat:
Try to launch a connection to an Azure MySQL PaaS within US Gov environment, the app stays stuck in opening SQL Editor. 

Suggested fix:
Revert to an earlier version. (Future versions work, current version will not connect)

This bug was found in v 8.0.27, installed on multiple computers, different OS, windows 10, svr 2016 and svr2019. 

reverted to an earlier version of workbench and I was able to connect. The symptom is that it will get stuck in Opening SQL Editor and will not proceed to actually open the database. Authentication will not even execute. Have also tested by manually stipulating the SSL Binding, removed SSL requirement from MySQL, and more.  The only fix was to revert to an older version of MySQL workbench.
