Hi Team,

We are still facing the same issue in Latest available version of MySQL.

C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Installer for Windows\MySQLInstallerConsole.exe" community upgrade server:8.0.27 -silent

MySQL Server 8.0.21  has no available upgrade targets.

How to repeat:
1. Install MySQL 8.0.21
2. Install mysql-installer-community-8.0.27.0 silently with /qn switch.
3. Upgrade to MySQL 8.0.27 using C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Installer for Windows\MySQLInstallerConsole.exe" community upgrade server:8.0.27 -silent.
