Description:
Bug make it impossible to install MySQL Server 

How to repeat:
1) Open mysql-installer-web-community-8.0.26.0 
2) in Choosing a Setup Type choose Developer Default 
3) Click next 
4) Do not choose anything in Check requirements
5) Click next 
6) In promotion message click Yes
7) Click Execute 
8) Lett program download all needed products
9) Click Back 
10) Program will return you to Choosing a Setup Type, here click next 
11) Do not choose anything in Check requirements
12) Click next 
13) In promotion message click Yes
14) Click Execute

its not make it endless, just hides the installation process

Thank you for the bug report.
I tried to reproduce your issue on windows 10 with mysql-installer-web-community and followed exact mentioned steps but I am not seeing any issues at my end.
