Description:
The "Sources" file in APT repository for Debian 11(https://repo.mysql.com/apt/debian/dists/buster/mysql-8.0/source/Sources.gz) is empty.

I get the "Sources" file by expanding Source.gz. However the "Sources" file is empty.

How to repeat:
1. We download https://repo.mysql.com/apt/debian/dists/buster/mysql-8.0/source/Sources.gz.
2. We expand Sources.gz.
3. We see contents of Sources.

Suggested fix:
I think that the Sources file need to contents like as https://repo.mysql.com/apt/debian/dists/buster/mysql-8.0/source/Sources.gz
