Description:
The file downloaded from: http://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/Manual/connector-j.chm/from/pick (any mirror) is not valid CHM.

How to repeat:
Download it.

Suggested fix:
Regenerate the file.

This should be fixed now. It might take a few days
for the file to propagate to all the mirrors.
