Description:
When I tried to upgrade MySQL v5.7.28 to v8.0.26 the upgrade reported that it failed but it did install v5.6.51. The MySQL installer version is 1.4.39.0. When I tried select a product in the installer and it does not display MySQL Server 8.0. It only displays MySQL Server 5.7.

How to repeat:
I have an existing MySQL v5.7.28 installation and I run the mysql-installer-community-8.0.26.0.msi.
