Description:
In Section 6.1.6 (Security Considerations for LOAD DATA LOCAL) in the 5.7 pages it says "By default, local_infile is disabled.". In the 8.0 pages it also says "By default, local_infile is disabled."

However in the 5.7 pages, Section 5.1.7 (Server System Variables) it says "Default Value: ON", but in the equivalent 8.0 pages (5.1.8 Server System Variables) it says "Default Value: OFF"

Clearly one of them is wrong.

How to repeat:
.

Suggested fix:
Decide which one is wrong and correct it accordingly.

FYI: load_infile is enabled by default in 5.7 and earlier, disabled by default in 8.0.
