Description:
Whenever I tried running a sql script it gives the following error.

"[WinError 32] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process: 'C:\Users\Anon\AppData\Local\Temp"

How to repeat:
I deleted the file, but it replaces the deleted file with another one.

Suggested fix:
Reinstalling mysql - Not working
Deleting or terminating process - not working

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat on Windows 10 Pro and MySQL Server 8.0.25. Check permission and if another application is handling the file.
