Description:
When you execute a SHOW CREATE DATABASE, you have the option of using IF NOT EXISTS, but you don't have that option when you execute the SHOW CREATE TABLE.

I don't see any reason why we can't add it.

How to repeat:
it is not possible as this is a feature request.
