Description:
In the Backup feature, the Start Backup is always disable when the first table is unchecked, regardless of the whether any other tables are checked or not. If the first table is unchecked, there is no way to start backup for all the other tables.

How to repeat:
1. Goto Backup
2. Create new or select existing project
3. Pick a database with a new project, or use existing database configuration for existing project
4. Expand the DB node in Backup Content
5. Check all the tables. Note that Start Backup button is enabled
6. Uncheck any table that's not the first tables. Note that Start Backup button is enabled.
7. Uncheck only the first table. Note that Start Backup button is diabled. I believe that is not correct behaviour.
