Description:
When Windows is put to sleep or the network is disconnected when MySQL Workbench has an active SSH tunnel the periodic "Open SSH Connection" prompts stack.

To continue using MySQL Workbench all the prompts need to be cleared by canceling. Logging into one prompt does not clear the rest.

How to repeat:
1. Log into a database with MySQL Workbench using an SSH tunnel.
2. Disable network or put machine to sleep.
3. Wake the machine and log back in.

Suggested fix:
Do not open another "Open SSH Connection" prompt if there is already one open.
