Description:
All relative value graphs stay at zero.

How to repeat:
View any of the relative value graphs (query cache hit rate, key buffer hit rate, traffic, net traffic, etc.) that come in the Windows installer distribution (and maybe the other distributions), or create your very own!

next release.
