When using the  "Alter Schema" UI on any database, the Charset/Collation selectors are not wide enough to display the details of Collation. i.e. there are at least 3 utf8mb4_0900_... collation options but we cannot resize the box. Even when one is selected we can still not see which is selected.

How to repeat:
"Alter Schema..." on any database.

Suggested fix:
Make the combo box wider.
