Description:
I uninstalled MySQL and try to install, I could not fix this problem
Uninstalled pervious version MySQL 5.7 due to forgot the root password and unable to reset it again

How to repeat:
MySQL-installer-community-8.0.23.0.msi but while installing the MySQL installer window showing a splash screen and closes itself in a while
I would like to install MySQL community server
