Description:
MySQL Shell Dump & Load utility are great.

However, I see more and more people asking to migrate only Users/Roles and Grants from a server to another.

And of course to OCI too.

The Dump & Load Utility seem to already have all what's needed to perform this (dump users with include or exclude, ocimds mode, ...) but for the moment it seems also  impossible to dump and load only users. Data or at least schema definition must be used.

How to repeat:
This is a feature request.

Suggested fix:
add the possibility to only dump and load users (with or without ocimds compatibility of course)
