Description:
The first link on http://dev.mysql.com/doc/world-setup.html is broken.

From the source code:

The sample data used in the <tt class="literal">world</tt> database is
Copyright Statistics Finland,
<a href="http:www.stat.fi/worldinfigures" target="_top">http:www.stat.fi/worldinfigures</a>

Clicking that link sends the browser obviously to http://dev.mysql.com/doc/www.stat.fi/worldinfigures which is a bug.

How to repeat:
Go to  http://dev.mysql.com/doc/world-setup.html

Click the first link, http:www.stat.fi/worldinfigures

Suggested fix:
Simply add the two slashes to both the link and the description, http://www.stat.fi/worldinfigures
